- How much does the service cost?
We have a 3 tier level of service, from basic support to intermediate and an advanced package. We have options to suit all budgets and businesses to ensure we can service your workplace.
- Do you offer one off services?
Yes. We can offer our services as a one off or you can save by exploring our monthly contract services we provide. Minimum length terms apply*
- Are you qualified for your services?
Our consultants are fully trained and qualified for the services we offer. We have many years of industry experience and have worked with large tier 1 and 2 companies including with the state safety regulator. Our hands on industry experience means you have the best people for the job, who understand the legislation and it's requirements.
We are also current members of the Australian Institute of Health & Safety.
- Will your service protect me from my obligations under the WHS act?
There are 4 main principles in the model WHS ACT. These are;
WHS duties are not transferable.
A person can have more than one duty.
More than one person can have the same duty.
Management of risks.
It is important that you understand that your commitment to Work Health & Safety is of a high standard to ensure you are meeting your obligations under the law.
- Is there a contract period on your services?
We have a 3 month minimum term on our contracted service. This allows you to see a positive change around safety within your business and ensures we have a minimum commitment from you to see those changes in your workplace. Cancellation after this 3 month period can be completed with a notice period of 14 days prior to the following month commencing. Not to worry, we will explain it all prior to commencing our services.
